£30,000 - £40,000 + Overtime + Training + Progression + Company Benefits
North Weald (Commutable from: Epping, Loughton, Chigwell, Bishop's Stortford, Harlow, Chelmsford, Brentwood or surrounding areas)

Are you hands-on with mechanical or electrical experience, and looking for on-the-job training with the opportunity to become a qualified Engineer in a niche industry?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading manufacturer that will provide formal training and develop your skills to become a fully fledged Workshop Engineer.

The company designs and manufactures specialist equipment for high-security sites across the UK. Due to continued demand for their products, they are now looking to expand their close-knit workshop team.

In this role, you will carry out mechanical assembly and electrical wiring, working with hydraulic systems to build specialist gates, barriers, and other security equipment prior to installation at high-profile client sites nationwide.

This role would suit someone with hands-on mechanical or electrical experience who is keen to receive industry-leading training and develop into a fully qualified Engineer within a highly specialised sector.

The Role:

  • Assembly and manufacturing of specialist, gates, barriers and security equipment.
  • Working for an industry leading manufacturer with high profile clients.
  • Monday to Friday, plenty of overtime available.


The Person:

  • Hands on mechanical or electrical experience.
  • Looking for industry leading training and further qualifications.
  • Based in Essex.
