£35,000 - £38,000 + Full Training + Progression + Optional Unlimited 1.5x Overtime + 33 Holiday Days + Life Cover + Income Protection + 4pm Finish + Days Based + No Weekend Work
Workshop Based - Commutable From Stonehouse, Cirencester, Gloucester And Lydney

Are you a someone with TIG Welding experience, that has experience managing people, that is looking to step into a highly autonomous role, that offers a clear progression route to Management and Directorship level roles, combined with having unlimited 1.5x overtime sop you can significantly increase your earnings, along-side working for a company that operates between 8am-4p[m Monday-Friday.

On offer is a position with more responsibility allowing you to get plenty of recognition for the work you complete on top of offering full technical training, including product and industry training to develop your skill set to a point that you are a technical expert within your field.

The Role:
*Weldingh charge hand
*Repairs on pipework / supervising
*Full technical training to develop your skill set until you become a technical expert
*Clear scope of progression either off the tools or into a technical lead

The Candidate:
*Welding and management experience
*Lives within 30 miles of Stonehouse
*Motivated to further develop their skill set
