Welder / Fabricator (MIG)
£13 - £14 Per Hour + Days Based (No Shift or Weekend) + Lots of Optional Overtime at Premium Rates + Excellent Ongoing Training + Progression + Early Finish Friday
Site Based, Commuteable from Malmsbury, Cleverton, Cricklade

On offer is a welder/fabricator position where you will work as a key part of a close knit team, working on high spec machine where you will be encouraged to constantly develop through on the job triaging with the view to become a go to technical expert.
This company is a blue-chip manufacturer of bespoke industrial machinery and have had a global impact for well over half a century. They are a family-run company and are known for heavily investing in their employee's through excellent training and carer progression, as well as noting the achievements of induvial performances.
In this role you will carry out MIG welding on a range of high spec processing machinery; you will work in a close knit team where you will be taught the skills necessary to fabricate to an extremely high standard.
This role would suit someone with a MIG welding background looking to join a family run company who are known for investing in and developing their team, reflected in their fantastic retention rates while working on highly technical machinery.
The Role:
* MIG welding on high spec machinery
* Plenty of technical training available
* 38 Hours, Monday - Friday with lots of overtime available
The Person:
* MIG Welder
* Ideally experience with large structural steel welding
