My client is a fast-growing AI company on a mission to transform one of the most manual, coordination-intensive industries in the U.S. Their platform replaces hours of fragmented back-and-forth - often involving dozens of calls, emails, and messages - with seamless, AI-driven automation.
As a Product Designer, you'll define the user experience and visual language for a complex but elegant platform trusted by industry-leading customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to simplify high-volume operations and shape the way users engage with cutting-edge AI tools.

The Role
- Own end-to-end product design for core features and customer-facing workflows
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback directly from real users
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define product direction and design system foundations
- Simplify dense, high-frequency operations into intuitive, elegant experiences
- Contribute to and shape a growing design culture, from process to hiring
The Person
- 3+ years of experience designing intuitive UX/UI for complex or technical software products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating clear product thinking and user-centered design
- Experience in early-stage environments or founding/designing from zero-to-one
- Detail-oriented, fast-moving, and motivated to ship great work
- Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate
