Transmission Design Engineer - Progression to PE

$75,000 - $120,000 + Excellent Benefits Package + Training + Bonus Achievable + PTO + 401k
Are you an Engineer with experience working with Transmission Design looking to take on an exciting new role that offers progression and the opportunity to obtain your PE License?
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with Transmission Design experience to take the technical lead on several projects ranging from small to large complex transmission lines, while being offered the opportunity to progress within the company to Senior and Principal Engineering roles.
This is a well-established company that has won awards in their specific field alongside having an outstanding reputation when it comes to safety applying NESC, NEC, ASCE, and other standards to adhere to. They are also known for developing and progressing their employees.
In this role you will take the technical lead on Transmission related projects. Completing technical drawings and mentoring junior engineers in the standards of engineering design needed whilst governing electrical and safety codes.

The Role:
· Prepare utility engineering designs, cost estimates and customer billing
· Manage the main engineering aspects of multiple projects
· Mentor junior engineers in engineering principles
· Excellent benefits package with the opportunity to progress to Senior and Principal roles
The Person:
· Bachelor's degree in civil/structural or electrical engineering
· Previous experience in Transmission Design
· Experienced with industry-relevant standards such as NESC and ASCE
· Looking to obtain their PE License and progress within a highly competitive industry
