Are you a junior technician with experience working on transformer or substations looking to maximize your earnings with an industry-leading overtime structure as well as long-term opportunities to progress into a Foreman role?

This is a growing company that specializes in transformer and substation installations, maintenance, and repair work that have recently secured major contracts and have a long backlog of complex projects. This company is expanding its service division and is looking for a Foreman to assist leading their field operations.
On offer is the chance to work with a crew on outage, installation, and maintenance projects while earning significant income through consistent work, frequent travel, and premium overtime rates.
This role would suit a junior transformer or substation technician who is motivated by high earnings, enjoys field work and travel, with opportunities to progress long-term into a Foreman position.
The Role:
- Work with a small crew on transformer and substation installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Willingness to travel 100% as required
- Willing to work within the Union
The Candidate:
- Some relevant transformer or substation experience
- Background with oil processing and testing
- Looking for a rewarding role to maximize earnings and progress long-term
