Trainee Hire Controller

Commutable from Durham, Sunderland, Newcastle upon Tyne, Consett

£25,000 per annum + Excellent Training + Progression + Benefits

Within the role of Junior Hire Controller you will be the first point of contact for all customers and will be given all the training and support to develop in to a career in the hire industry.

This role would suit an individual with customer service experience, who has the aptitude to learn and develop. Previous experience working within a similar industry such as plant, tool and machinery hire would be beneficial but not essential.

The Role:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries via phone and email, working closely with the depot team to ensure the hire process from start to finish is smooth and efficient as possible
  • Full training and development given
  • Office based role, 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, 5pm finish on Friday

The Person:

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • IT Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
  • Previous experience working within a similar industry such as plant, tool and machinery hire would be beneficial but not essential.
