Are you a Tooling Manager or an experienced Tool and Die Maker, looking to lead an experienced team and take full ownership of tooling operations across a state-of-the-art facility?

In this high-impact leadership role, your technical knowledge will prove crucial to ensuring production targets are met and quality standard are upheld across the site. You'll work closely alongside the plant manager to support site operations, while leading from the front through hands-on involvement in tool making. As a recognized leader, you will coordinate manpower and equipment, whilst managing costs and inventory levels to support new product tooling requirements across the site.
This role would suit a Tooling Manager, Supervisor or an experienced Tool and Die Maker, looking to lead from the front and take full ownership of tooling processes at an industry leading organization.
The Role:
- Lead daily tool room operations to meet plant priorities, key metrics, and production demands.
- Oversee manpower planning, tooling reliability, cost control and inventory levels.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in troubleshooting, tooling improvements, and support for new product requirements.
The Candidate:
- Experienced with Tool and Die making.
- Previous lead or supervisory experience.
- Comfortable working between fast-paced, office and shop floor environments.
