As a Token Design Lead, you play a pivotal role in project design and launch, partnering closely with clients to grasp their offerings, engaging in lively workshops to craft compelling utility designs that shape user actions. Your expertise guides the development of token economies, mapping out crucial lifecycle stages from pre-TGE to ongoing incentives, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure your strategies remain innovative and effective.

The Role:
* Work closely with a data visualization analyst and a blockchain analyst
* Illustrate project management to stakeholders in a client facing position

The person:
* Looking for a fully remote Web3 role (must be available during EST hours)
* Strong mathematical/economic background or interest
* Strong entrepreneurial spirit
