$150,000 - $180,000 + Relocation Assistance + Excellent Benefits

Are you a Thermal Hydraulic or Thermofluids Engineer looking for a hands-on, technically exciting role in a fast-moving start-up where your work will make a real-world impact?

This position is ideal for a hands-on, practical Thermal Engineer who enjoys solving real engineering problems and seeing their work move from analysis into build and deployment.
The Role:
- Lead the design, modeling, and validation of thermal-fluid systems
- Perform CFD and system-level thermal hydraulic analysis
- Support prototype builds, testing, and rapid design iterations
- Make practical engineering decisions and on-the-fly calculations
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams
The Person:
- Experience in thermofluids within nuclear, power generation, or complex industrial systems
- Proficient in CFD tools (ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM, or similar)
- Hands-on, practical mindset - builder over purely academic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder required
