£30,000 - £40,000 + Company Van + Progression + Training

As part of this position, you will operate in the field from the Norwich office, primarily catering to clients in East Anglia, while also serving customers across the UK. Your responsibilities will revolve around assisting business clients by providing support, installing, and maintaining their telephony infrastructure. This encompasses tasks like installing and maintaining telecoms equipment (such as switches, routers, and handsets), deploying cabling, implementing VoIP systems, and overseeing the migration from PBX. Client interaction is a key aspect of this role, involving support for system connectivity, addressing performance issues, and managing upgrades.
