Technical Surveyor / Maintenance Manager (M&E / Construction)
£40,710 + Technical Training + 33 Days Holiday (Up to 36) + Pension contributions up to 7.5% + Employee assistance programme + Cycle to work scheme
Hybrid role, commutable from Bristol, Bath, Yate, Gloucester, Trowbridge, Weston, Radstock, and the surrounding areas.

The Role:
*Survey and assess properties for repairs, maintenance, and adaptations, advising on works and costs.
*Prepare specifications, obtain quotes, and support customer decisions.
*Manage contractors and projects to ensure quality, compliance, and satisfaction.
*Liaise with stakeholders and provide expert advice on building regulations, planning, and health & safety.
The Candidate:
* Technical Surveyor, Maintenance Manager, Project Manager or similar background
*Full UK Drivers Licence
