This position would suit an Electrically biased Service, Maintenance or Technical Support Engineer, looking for an office-based role with ongoing technical and career progression.
The Role:
- Provide telephone & online support to customers & Engineers
- Coordinate and schedule field technicians, balancing priorities based on location, skill level, and customer needs
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
