Glasgow

Competitive Salary + Days (8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 12pm Friday) + Potential Bonus (8-12%) + Product Training + Opportunties for Progression + No Weekends + Early Finish Friday

This growing business are specialists within the electrical circuit industry and supply parts for electrical equipment to be used in energy distribution.

In this role you will be working closely with customers giving information and technical support related to purchases, whilst also advising clients on orders and producing quotations and technical aspects. The role offers various company benefits including excellent product training in order to get you up to speed.

This role would suit someone with experience working within sales or customer service, who is comfortable with being on the phone talking to customers about technical aspects. The ideal candidate will also have an engineering background, with basic knowledge of engineering principles, in order to understand product training.

The Role:
*Technical Support Engineer
*Providing technical support to customers via phone on products they are looking to buy to advise best options for their needs
*Working 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 12pm Friday
*Excellent company benefits, including product training, profit related bonus and opportunities for progression

The Person:
*Basic understanding of engineering principles
*Technical Sales/ Customer Service/ Sales/ Account Management/ Customer Support related roles all encouraged to apply
*Comfortable and experienced in speaking with customers over the phone
*Commutable to Glasgow
