Technical Support Advisor (Great Training)
£26,000 - £28,000 + Full Training + Close Knit Team + 25 Days Holiday + Company Bonus + Flexitime + Head Insurance + Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours + Progression
Commutable from Andover, Basingstoke, Thatcham, Marlborough, Devizes, Warminster, Salisbury, Winchester, Eastleigh, Romsey, Farnham, Newbury, Whitchurch, and surrounding areas

This company are a specialist manufacturer who employ over 50 people. They have a great team atmosphere and regularly get the entire company involved on team-building events and exciting projects. Due to continued growth they are looking for a positive person to bring their energy to the team.
On offer is an exciting role in a well-established team, where you will spend your time building relationships with commercial customers over the phone and to support them with first line technical support and updating them on the progress of their orders, and more.
This role would suit someone who is comfortable on the phone with great customer service skills, ideally in a previous role. You should also have any level of technical knowledge in any industry, from engineering, scientific, working on a car in your spare time, or IT Tech support, or more- it's the proven ability to learn technical aspects rather than specific knowledge that is key!
The Role:
*Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours
*Speaking with customers on the phone
*1st line technical support
*Updating progress of applications
*Resolving customer issues / complaints
The Person:
*Customer service experience / happy on the phone
*Any level of technical experience (inside or outside of work)
*Happy to be office based (not from home)
