The role:
*Manage and grow a regional sales pipeline
*Own budgeting and forecasting for your territory
*Recruit, train, and support manufacturers' reps and distribution partners
*Some travel domestically and occasionally internationally to engage with customers and partners
*Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams on product introductions and customer feedback
The person:
*Experience in technical sales or applications engineering in electronics or semiconductor industries
*Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales processes
*Strong communication and relationship management skills
*U.S. Citizenship or lawful permanent residency required due to export control regulations
