This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist company delivering bespoke industrial process cooling systems for a wide range of commercial and manufacturing clients. You'll play a key role in delivering full project lifecycles - from concept and design through to on-site installation and commissioning - with plenty of support and room to progress as the company expands.

In this role, you'll manage your own technical projects from initial enquiry through to completion. You'll be involved in design reviews, client interaction, scheduling, technical support, and on-site commissioning. You'll work as part of a close-knit and experienced team, with hybrid working and regular travel to customer sites around the UK (typically 1-2 days per week, with expenses covered).

This role would suit an experienced and practically minded engineer with a strong technical background, confident managing projects, and keen to develop in a fast-moving but supportive environment.

The Role:

  • Manage project activities from initial inquiry to completion, including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination
  • Provide technical support for clients, ensuring the smooth installation, commissioning, and testing of systems
  • Regular travel (1-2 days per week) to client sites across the UK, with travel expenses covered, and a hybrid working pattern

The Candidate:

  • Engineering/Technical background
  • Experience managing technical projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar CAD software) for creating and editing engineering drawings (preferred)
  • Full driving licence - essential
