Technical Co-ordinator
£50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Enhanced annual Leave + Training Opportunities + Progression Opportunities + Pension

This is a well-established company who have a wide range of clients across many different sectors which means they are built to last. They are looking for a Technical Co-ordinator to join the team who will have a key role in ongoing projects.
Your role within the company will involve supporting the operation team from pre-demolition planning to post demolition co-ordination. This includes permissions and permits as well as actively addressing and resolving any issues throughout a project.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in demolition and/or construction sector. They will have experience within an operational position and will be confident on processes of demolition and construction.
The Role
* Supporting operational team throughout construction/demolition process
* Liaising with Clients, Local authorities and internal teams
* Attend sites to monitor progress
The Person
* Background in demolition or construction industry
* Experienced in an operational role
* Experience with environmental and hazardous material regulations
