Technical Buyer (Automotive) (m/f/d)
Attendorn (Hybrid - 2 days from Home per week)
€75,000 - €85,000 + 30 days Holiday + Flexible working hours + Health Insurance + Training + Company Daycare Centre
Excellent opportunity for someone experienced in technical buying to join a market leading manufacturer in the automotive space where your efforts will play a key role in the safety of road users.
This family run company has been well established in the area for a while and are continuing to thrive and expand. In order to facilitate this growth they are looking for a Technical Buyer to join their team in order to keep up demand for their work.
The ideal candidate will be have several years of experience in technical buying in the automotive, production, tooling or another related industries. Being commutable to site and being able to speak a professional level of German are essential for the role.
The position is hybrid and offers several excellent benefits, including health insurance, flexible working hours.

The Role:
- Procurement of new machines, globally
- Sourcing and qualifying of new vendors and suppliers
- Development of supplier relationships, involving occasional overseas visits
- Procurement market studies - understanding the market as It changes
- Coordination and communication with stakeholders
The Person:
- Several years of experience as a buyer within a transferable field.
- Relevant qualifications in relation to Business and/or Engineering
- German Fluency (Minimum B2)
- Commutable to site a minimum of 3 days a week
