Test Engineering Supervisor (Product Support / Reliability)
$110,000 - $130,000 + Bonus + 401(k) + Benefits Package + PTO

Are you an experienced Test Engineer looking to progress into a leadership role, guiding a small team while still staying hands-on with real-world engineering challenges?
This is an opportunity to lead the testing and sustaining faction within a well-established Product Support / Reliability team at an extremely well-respected manufacturer. You'll take ownership of performance, product reliability analysis, and corrective action processes, while mentoring engineers and working cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement across existing product lines.
This role focuses on sustaining engineering and field performance, ensuring products in production remain reliable, compliant, safe, and cost-effective. You'll be the technical lead, acting as the link between engineering, quality, manufacturing, and service.

The Role:
- Lead and coordinate FPRA (Field Performance / Product Reliability Analysis) activities across existing product lines
- Manage and mentor engineers within the Product Support / Reliability team
- Investigate field failures, warranty issues, and production concerns to identify root cause and corrective actions
- Drive reliability improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and performance enhancements
The Person:
- Experience in Reliability Engineering, Sustaining Engineering, or Product Support within a manufacturing environment
- Previous leadership, mentoring, or technical lead experience (formal or informal)
- Strong background in electromechanical manufactured systems
