The main focus of the role is to deliver high-quality training and assessment in Street Works and related highways disciplines to groups of adult learners. You'll provide engaging instruction, carry out practical demonstrations, and support delegates to achieve industry-recognised qualifications.
To be successful in this role, candidates must have working knowledge of Chapter 8 (Red Book) guidance. This includes experience across four key areas:
CAT and Genny (locating underground services)
Setting up traffic lights and signage
Excavating the road or pavement
Reinstating the surface with slabs or paving
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Highways or Utilities environments, with hands-on knowledge of NRSWA procedures and reinstatement, and be confident delivering to groups or keen to develop those skills through our structured training programme.

The Role:
*Full-time, Monday to Friday (38 hours per week)
*Delivering training and assessment in Street Works and Highways
*Working with groups of up to 12 learners
*Supporting ongoing course development with our training team
The Person:
*Experienced in Street Works / Highways operations
*Holds NRSWA Reinstatement (Supervisor and Operative)
*Confident with equipment such as Stihl Saws
*Full UK Driving Licence
