In this high-impact role, you will manage and direct instrumentation and process control activities company-wide, provide oversight for plant DCS systems, and act as the discipline lead for instrumentation and controls on capital projects. You will also develop and maintain control strategies, HMI graphics, and standards for I&C hardware, software, and system interfaces.

The Role:
- Manage and direct instrumentation and process controls activities across all plants
- Lead capital projects as project manager/engineer for I&C systems
- Provide technical support for instrumentation, controls, and DCS troubleshooting
- Develop standard control strategies and engineering standards for I&C hardware
The Person:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Electrical preferred)
- 10-15 years' experience in process control, instrumentation, or automation engineering
- Proficient with Emerson DeltaV DCS systems and PLCs
- Strong project management, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
- Plant experience preferred, with a focus on operational reliability and continuous improvement
