Spares Coordinator
£30,000 - £40,000 + Progression + Training + Excellent Benefits
Harwich, Essex (Commutable from: Colchester, Clacton-on-Sea, Ipswich, Sudbury)

In this hands-on role, you'll run the spares workflow and service desk, logging, quoting, converting orders, and driving cases through to invoicing. As the first point of contact, you'll manage calls and emails, book service visits, chase approvals, confirm parts, and follow up to keep everything moving smoothly.
This role would suit someone from a logistics/coordination background, looking to develop their career long term in a growing business who will support you with full training and progression opportunities.
The Role:
- Manage service desk & spares
- Primary contact for customers via telephone and emails
- Drive continuous improvement in the department
- Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00, Friday 08:30 to 16:00
The Person:
- Background in coordination/logistics/customer support role
- Understanding of the order to invoice cycle
- Commutable to Harwich
