Texas - Covering Austin, Houston, San Antonio & Further Afield

$85,000 - $110,000 + 10% Bonus + Travel Expenses Covered + Competitive PTO + Medical + 401K

Excellent opportunity for a Foreman or a Superintendent with Commercial Solar experience to join one of North America's fastest growing Renewables and Energy Services companies in a role that will provide both training and future progression opportunities.

This international business has a presence in a number of fields ranging from things such as gas supply and heating to renewable energy and energy efficiency projects for clients in the federal, local government, education, healthcare and commercial sectors.

In this role you will be overseeing Commercial Solar projects across Texas and occasionally further afield. You will work closely with subcontractors, clients and project managers to directly supervise and lead the teams that are delivering projects while ensuring that deliverables are met and H&S policies are followed.

The ideal candidate will either have previous experience as a Superintendent or alternatively will be a Foreman that is looking for the next step up in their career. They will need to have experience working on Commercial Solar projects, and preferably will have H&S qualifications (e.g OSHA) or electrical experience.

The role:
* Traving to active solar installations and overseeing crews
* Ensuring H&S procedures are followed
* Tracking and reporting on project progress
* Supporting with O&M troubleshooting and addressing any issues/challenges

The Person:
* Demonstrable experience working on Commercial Solar projects
* Experience as a Superintendent, Foreman or similar installation management role
* Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings/schematics
* OSHA 30 (desirable but certification can be provided)
* Journeyman / Master Trade license (desirable, not essential)
* Active Drivers License and comfortable with staying away on average 4 nights per week
