This is a well-established, world-leading brand that is investing heavily in both its technology and its people. Now in the second phase of a global systems transformation, they are looking for passionate engineers to join the team.
You'll join a close-knit team of 4, supporting the business across enterprise applications, ERP, front end, back end, and cloud infrastructure. Working in a modern .NET / C# environment, you'll also leverage AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor to drive efficiency and innovation. Around 80% of the role will focus on an ERP migration to Infor M3, with full training provided - ideal for a strong developer looking to learn and grow into an ERP-focused position.
Long term, this role offers clear progression into an ERP analyst working with one of the world leading brands!
The Person:
* Full stack developer (Mid-level upwards)
* Background in any modern languages (either C#, Python, Java, or JavaScript)
* Interested in Traveling overseas (Very occasional)
* Comfortable working Hybrid in Phoenix
* Looking for the change to specialize your experience on in demand technology
* Interested to mentor junior engineers
The role
* Support a global ERP systems rollout (Infor M3)
* Full stack development using modern languages (.NET, C#, JavaScript, Java)
* Hands-on development, configuration, customization, and optimization of business systems
* Occasional international travel during the first 12-15 months
* Mentor and support two junior developers
* Opportunity to progress into an enterprise systems expert role
