The Role:
- Set up and operate SMT machinery
- Inspect printed circuit boards for quality and accuracy
- Read and interpret assembly and technical drawings
- Monitor SMT production lines and make necessary adjustments to meet quality and production targets
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Receive ongoing training and professional development
- Monday-Friday, day shift
The Person:
- Experience working with SMT machines
- Familiarity with electronic components
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Previous troubleshooting or soldering experience would be highly advantageous (but not essential)
