A rare opportunity for an individual with a construction background to join a renowned construction consultancy working with a number of blue-chip clients. This is a varied role where you will gain exposure to different sites across the UK while enjoying a mixture of site and office-based responsibilities.

The multi-disciplinary consultancy specialises in surveying, planning, design, and project management services across highways, civils, retail, and forecourt environments. They have recently expanded their surveying offering and now provide site surveys for ANPR camera installations for one of their key blue-chip clients. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add another Surveyor to the team.
This role involves a mixture of nationwide site travel and office-based duties. You will be responsible for conducting site surveys and producing reports for the installation of ANPR cameras. Key tasks include liaising with clients to arrange surveys, identifying the best locations for cameras, understanding the surrounding infrastructure such as distribution boards, and writing reports to send to clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone new to the construction industry, such as a graduate, or someone with existing construction experience who is looking for an interesting and unique role within a supportive company that offers excellent training and long-term development.
The ideal candidate will have some construction knowledge, potentially with electrical or CCTV experience, and be happy to travel nationwide with occasional overnight stays while being motivated to learn and progress.
The Role
* Surveying sites for ANPR installation

* Identifying appropriate power sources and mapping cable routes
