Site Supervisor
Central London
£40,000 + £50,000 Training + Progression
This is an amazing opportunity for a Site Supervisor looking to join a market leading design, manufacture, supply and install of a high-end product to a number of clients and contractors. Where you will be working on great projects whilst having the opportunity to progress and develop your career from Supervisor to Contracts Manager.

This company are at the pinnacle of their industry, offering a full bespoke design, manufacture, supply and instillation process to high-profile clients and contractors across the world generating a great turnover which they look to double in the next year. Being the go-to in their field for their high-profile clients has allowed them to dominate the market and take on a number of new projects, which is why they are looking to add to their dynamic workforce.
Within this role you will be expected to do daily briefings and ensure all sub-contractors are fit to work by ensuring they have up to date CSCS cards. You'll be doing checks on health and safety and quality of work being done. As well as, creating risk assessments and method statements are created and followed for any specialist heavy lifting that is needed to be done. Finally, among other responsibilities you'll will be creating progress reports to ensure work is on schedule.
The ideal candidate will come from a commercial fit out background and will have great communication skills to liaise with the Contracts Manager, clients and sub-contractors to ensure work is done to the highest quality.

The Role:
- Site Supervisor in high-end commercial and residential projects
- Managing sub-contractors
- Site based in East London
- Ensuring projects meet the expectations of quality and health and safety
The Person:
- Either a Site Supervisor or someone with great potential looking to progress into a Site Supervisor position
- Has commercial fit out experience
- Has a Black CSCS card and SSSTS or SMSTS
- Is in commutable distance to East London
