This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join a highly prestigious and well-established company, with a recognised name in the market. The company is in a period of extreme high growth looking to propel their plans for further growth and success.
Are you a Site Manager looking to join a niche contractor working on very bespoke and high end projects?
Due to the contractors success and increased workload, they are looking for a Site Manager to assist the Project Manager in delivering multiple developments successfully. Ideally the candidate will be able to meet higher demands and take them to the next stages of success.
The company actively encourage the development of their staff and pride themselves on a dynamic and supportive culture. Due to an huge pipeline of work, they are now looking to take an ambitious Site Manager through the reigns to hopefully progressing into a Project Manager role one day.
The company has a head office in Central London, however this role will be site based with majority of sites being in and around London. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious Site Manager looking to embark on a hugely exciting career path with 3-5 years site management experience. Previous experience working within the high end and bespoke market is desirable.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to become an integral part in a business' ongoing success, assisting on large projects in a dynamic environment, working alongside an established and experienced team working on high profile projects with high profile clientele.
The Role:
Site Manager
- Assisting the onsite project manager
- Assisting with day to day management of sub contract trades to meet the programme requirements
- Coordination of deliveries and responsibility for distribution of materials.
- Responsibility of day to day H&S management of sub contract trades, obtaining relevant daily permits
- Checking quality of all trades
- Ensure operatives obtain permits and working as site rules
The Person:
- 3-5 years in Site management
- Must have CSCS & SMSTS
- Previous experience within the high end sector is desirable
