Are you an experienced Site Manager with previous new build care home project experience? Are you looking for an immediately available, long-term contract role?
My client requires an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build care home in South London. They require an experienced Site Manager who is proactive in managing the site. This will include dealing with sub-contractors, delivering toolbox talks, and ensuring the work is carried out on time to a great standard.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing new build care home projects and be proactive in their approach to managing projects and the site. You will need to have SMSTS and first aid qualifications as a minimum.
This is a fantastic opportunity for any experienced Site Manager to work on a new build care home project on a long-term contract.
