My client operates in a range of locations across the UK and is globally respected for the quality of its equipment, they are constantly expanding and as such looking to employ a Service Supervisor to represent the company ensure all customer interactions are processed and dealt with well.
This is a Monday - Friday position where you will be the key member of staff between clients and engineers, you will be responsible for managing engineer workload and ensuring a brilliant service is provided to the customer.
