Are you an experienced Service Manager from a water treatment or HVAC background, looking to play a pivotal role where you can lead, develop, and grow a team while shaping the future of the service department?

The Role:


  • Oversee and lead a team of 4 HVAC Technicians.

  • Work closely with customers and clients, ensuring service excellence.

  • Drive departmental efficiency and ensure high performance across the team.

  • Background in Water treatment or HVAC service management.

  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing technical teams.

  • Broad industry knowledge and ability to deliver operational improvements.
