£23,000 - £25,000 + Training + Progression + 23 Days Holiday (rising to 28) + Private Pension

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating a team of field-based engineers. By communicating with both engineers and customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that service is maintained by planning routes, deploying engineers, and managing their workloads. You will be working with a small team in a busy environment in a varied role.

The Role:
* Plan workloads, deploy engineers, and make sure their jobs are completed
* Communicate with engineers and customers
* Ensure jobs are completed to a high standard, and workload remains organised

* Experience organise remote or field based engineers
* Good communication skills
* Enthusiastic and motivated individual
