Are you a Service Agent with excellent communication skills and attention to detail? Do you have a passion for cars / the automotive industry and want showcase your customer service skills in the industry that you love?

This company are a very well known automotive provider with glowing customer reviews and an excellent place to work reputation. Due to exciting company growth they are looking add to their booking agent/service team where you can join a supportive team that will push you onwards and upwards.

In this role you will work as part of a supportive and energetic team where you will organise booking's and appointments, take telephone calls delivering exceptional customer service and preform additional administrative tasks. As you will be working for an automotive provider a drivers license will be required and an understanding of cars/vehicles will be required.

The ideal candidate will have brilliant customer service skills and a high attention to detail when dealing with administrative tasks and duties. You will need to have exemplary communication and relationship building capabilities when speaking to customers on the phone, as well as obtaining a drivers license. You will need to be able to commute to the Ealing office 5 x per week and have a decent level of knowledge with cars and vehicles in order to communicate coherently and effectively with automotive customers.

The Role:

The Person:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail in administrative tasks
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, especially over the phone
  • Requirement of obtaining a valid driver's license
  • Regular commute to the Ealing office, five days a week
  • Decent level of knowledge about cars and vehicles to communicate effectively with automotive customers
  • Ability to articulate and convey information clearly and coherently in automotive contexts
