What we're looking for:
* Proven Python development experience, ideally with FastAPI
* Hands-on experience with SQL, PostgreSQL preferred
* Excited to learn and take ownership of complex systems
* Thrives in fast-moving, startup environments
* Genuine passion for AI and emerging technologies
* Comfortable building 0-1 systems and taking full ownership
What you'll do:
* Lead the development of an AI-driven SaaS platform for voice AI agents
* Backend: Python (FastAPI)
* Database: PostgreSQL, Edge Functions
* Cloud & DevOps: AWS, CI/CD pipelines
* Collaborate closely with a small, high-calibre engineering team
* Fully onsite in Miami, working alongside world-class talent
