Senior Software Engineer (AI/ML)
United States (Remote - EST/CST)
Salary - $140,000 - $170,000 + Equity + 401K + PTO + Healthcare Insurances
Are you a Senior Software Engineer with experience deploying AI/ML in production environments, looking to join a high-growth AI start-up at the forefront of the E-commerce and retail industry?

As a Senior Software Engineer you will develop and maintain high-performance AI systems for e-commerce applications at scale. You will apply domain-specific knowledge to fine-tune and prompt LLMs and other AI systems whilst driving the adoption of cutting edge AI/ML technologies.

The Role:
*Develop and maintain AI systems
*Guide training, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI models
*Design, architect, implement, and optimize scalable data pipelines for both batch and real-time processing
*Maintain clear documentation and efficient codebases for all data and AI systems
The Person:
*Software engineering experience in production level environment
*Experience with Python
*Experience deploying and maintain AI/ML systems
*Experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering
