This established yet growing construction company operates across a wide range of sectors, delivering expert services to a diverse client base. While a large proportion of their work lies within the residential sector, covering both public and private new build and refurbishment projects, they also manage an impressive portfolio within the commercial, heritage, an industrial sectors. Their commitment to providing high-quality service has been central to their continued success since establishment. Following a strong period of growth and with a robust pipeline of upcoming projects, they are now looking to expand their dynamic team through this exciting opportunity.

In this role, you will support the commercial team across a diverse portfolio of projects. Key responsibilities include cost and risk management, financial reporting, subcontractor coordination, and overseeing projects from inception through to completion. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Most project sites are local to the area, with an approximate split of 50% of your time spent on-site and 50% in the office, although this may vary depending on project requirements.

The ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor with experience in the residential sector. Applicants must live a commutable distance to the office in St Asaph and hold a full UK driver's license.
