Senior Project Engineer (LabVIEW)

Are you a Senior Project Engineer with LabVIEW experience looking to join a fast-growing engineering company where you can take ownership of complex projects and progress into leadership over time?

The business specializes in the design and delivery of custom automated test and validation systems across highly regulated and high-performance industries including energy, aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing. Due to continued project demand, they are looking to bring on a Senior Project Engineer to support customer programs from concept through delivery.
In this role, you will work directly with customers to define technical requirements and lead projects through execution. You will design and develop LabVIEW-based software, integrate and specify hardware, and support the build of automated test systems. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers and supporting project delivery standards.
This position would suit a self-driven Senior Project Engineer who enjoys customer interaction, technical ownership, and working on complex, high-impact systems within a growing engineering environment.
The Role
*Design and develop automated test and measurement systems using LabVIEW
*Work directly with customers to define requirements and ensure successful project delivery
*Develop software solutions and integrate data acquisition, instrumentation, and control hardware
*Support project execution from concept through commissioning
*Mentor and support junior engineers as needed
The Candidate
*Strong LabVIEW development experience
*Comfortable working in a customer-facing, project-based environment
*Experience specifying and integrating data acquisition, instrumentation, or control systems
*Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and communication skills
