Senior Production Manager
Florida (Relocation Package to Jacksonville)
$110,000 - $140,000 + Bonus + Unlimited PTO + Relocation Package + 401(k) + Healthcare Package + Career Progression + Training
Are you a senior production leader with experience developing teams of people, overseeing production operations of complex products?

In this role, you'll be working in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility produce industry leading, technical products. You will be responsible for production planning, lead a team of production supervisors covering numerous production lines, work closely with manufacturing teams to set up production lines for new products, control budgeting, hiring, departmental goals and the overall production operation within the organization. On offer is clear career progression toa more senior role within the business.
This position would suit a Senior Production Manager looking for an autonomous role with future career progression opportunities, with the platform to implement new ideas and improve processes.
The Role:
* Lead and manage production supervisors and team leaders covering a range of technical products
* Schedule and plan production activities across the plant
* Work collaboratively with manufacturing teams to create production lines for new products
* Control budgets, finances, hiring and creating departmental goals

The Person:
* Senior Production Manager
* Proven background developing production teams, processes and procedures
* Experience in apparel, clothing, textiles or sewing is preferred but not essential
