Are you a design / product engineer from an electrical background, looking to take the technical lead for a specialist manufacturer where you will oversee a range of pioneering projects from cradle to grave?

This well-established company specialize in the design and manufacture of bespoke electrical systems for clients within the marine and defense industry. They have been providing their first-class services to high value clients for over 100 years and are continuing to grow and expand.
In this highly autonomous role, you will be the main point of contact for key clients, lead a team of skilled engineers, and oversee the development of cutting-edge electrical products from start to finish.
This position would suit a Design / Product Engineer from an Electrical background looking to step up into a senior role and take the technical lead for a specialist manufacturer.
The Role:
- Overseeing the design of electro-mechanical products from start to finish.
- Leading a team of engineers
- Reporting to the Engineering and Operations director.
The Person:
- HNC or equivalent Engineering qualification.
- Electrical experience in product design and development (CAD/ AutoCAD)
- Looking to take the technical lead.
