Senior Mechanical Engineer (Manufacturing)
$120,000 - $130,000 + Medical + Dental + Vision + Life + 401(k) + Relocation Assistance
Austin, TX (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite per week)

This company specializes in immersion cooling solutions for data centers. While already well-established for 13+ years, they maintain a startup mindset and are poised for growth alongside the niche and rapidly growing immersion cooling industry.
In this role, you will work in New Product Development and drive mechanical design efforts across the full product lifecycle - from requirements and CAD development to integration, validation, and release - while creating accurate technical data packages.

The Role:
- Contribute across all phases of the product lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, integration, and verification/validation
- Create and maintain detailed technical data packages, including CAD models, part and assembly drawings, and bills of material
- Perform root-cause and fault analysis, document and communicate design changes, and drive improvements in features, quality, and cost
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support development and release activities, manage material selection and delivery, assist with high-voltage system development, and perform value engineering
The Person:
- 5+ years of related mechanical engineering experience
- Previous work in a manufacturing setting
- Experience in Product Development
- CAD skills
- Product Data Management (PDM)
- Experience with sheet metal design and weldments
