The organization are innovators in their industry, working on next generation defense projects within power systems and communication. They are experiencing significant growth and are now looking to bring on a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team.
This role would suit a Mechanical Engineer, looking for a technically interesting role where you will be working on exciting projects from start to finish, and play a key role in the business.
The Role:
- Leading cutting edge mechanical design projects from concept to completion
- Design for manufacturing, troubleshooting, and testing
- Performing thermal optimization and finite element analysis (FEA)
- Driving continuous improvement in mechanical systems and processes
The Person:
- Mechanical Engineer with strong background in design and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred (equivalent hands-on experience is also considered)
- Proven expertise in mechanical system development, FEA, and DFM
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (due to defense project requirements)
