In this role, you'll take ownership of machinery servicing and minor repairs, manage stock and equipment ordering, and support day-to-day compliance tasks. This is a hands-on, senior-level role for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and ownership.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical maintenance background - either from an automotive (motor vehicle) or plant/machinery setting - and be confident working independently. Electrical knowledge is helpful but not essential, and additional training is available where needed.

The Role:
- Service and maintain grounds maintenance machinery
- Carry out minor vehicle repairs
- Order and manage stock, PPE, tools, and equipment
- Plan and manage your own technical workload on site
The Person:
- NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 in Vehicle, Plant or Machinery Maintenance
- Experience in either Motor Vehicle/Automotive or Plant/Machinery environments
- Strong mechanical maintenance and fault-finding skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
