Senior Estimator - Pathway to Director of Estimating
Newport News, Virginia (Excellent Relocation Package)

What You'll Do
- Prepare and manage accurate, competitive mechanical estimates and bids.
- Lead parts of the estimating function and support larger pursuits.
- Improve processes and help implement new estimating software.
- Mentor and develop junior estimators.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to support project wins and profitability.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in mechanical estimating (HVAC, plumbing, ductwork, insulation, or controls).
- Strong understanding of preconstruction and commercial decision-making.
- Interest in leadership, mentorship, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in estimating software and advanced Excel skills.
- Degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or related field (preferred but not required).
