This company delivers modular and prefabricated construction projects for commercial and federal clients. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a Senior Estimator to take responsibility for cost planning and pricing across key projects.
You will work with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to develop accurate estimates, assess project risks, and support value engineering. The role will involve working closely with preconstruction and delivery teams to ensure projects are set up for success.

The Role:
* Prepare accurate cost estimates for modular construction projects
* Work with internal teams and suppliers to support preconstruction
* Contribute to budgeting, bid strategies, and cost planning
* Relocation to California required (support provided)
The Person:
* Experience in estimating within construction, modular, or manufacturing
* Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Strong commercial and communication skills
* Open to relocating to California
