Senior Estimator
Site Based role Commutable from Nottingham, Beeston, Stapleford, Ilkeston, Long Eaton, Hucknall
£40,000 - £55,000 +Mon-Thu (7am-4pm) +Early Finish on Fridays (2:15pm) + Full training + Career Progression + Private Health Care + Bonus + 30 days Holidays (Inc Bank)
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a rapidly growing bespoke joinery and fit-out manufacturer, offering long-term stability, autonomy, and the chance to play a key role in high-end commercial and interior projects.
This is an exciting position within a company renowned for delivering bespoke joinery and fit-out solutions to a range of prestigious clients.
With continued investment and a strong pipeline of projects, they are looking for an experienced Estimator who can confidently manage multiple tenders, liaise with clients, and produce accurate costings from drawings and specifications.
In this role, you'll take ownership of the estimating process from reviewing tender documents, preparing detailed quotations, and obtaining supplier prices through to presenting final cost breakdowns.
You'll work closely with the senior management team and play a key part in project delivery and commercial success.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within bespoke joinery or interior fit-out, strong attention to detail, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel for producing accurate cost models.
The Role:
- Dealing with Tenders packages, quantity take offs and cash flow forecasts
- Preparing cost estimates for projects and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
- Working on projects from concept to completion
The Person:
- Experience with take offs and pricing from suppliers
- Background in Bespoke Joinery
- Proficient on Excel
- Full UK Driving License
