This company are a rapidly expanding construction company specialising in glazing projects, who have earnt themselves a notable reputation for their high quality work among their clientele. Looking to expand the business with a number of exciting projects on the horizon, our client pride themselves on encouraging an enthusiastic environment whilst delivering a high level of service to their clients. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a competitive and hard working individual to join the team.
In this role you will be based in their East London office playing a crucial part in a number of exciting projects which will range in size. Working closely with the team, you will support the estimating team with sub-contractor & material quote request, review tender documents, assess the scope of works, calculate project costs and assist with conducting regular site meetings.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 3-5 years' experience as an estimator within the glazing/ aluminium industry. You will have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively across the company.

The Role:
- Estimator
-Project Management, getting involved with more than just the pre-construction stage
-Developing and maintaining relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
-Carrying out site visits
-Site inspections and attending site meetings
-Conducting client meetings and presentations leading cost discussions
-Arrange and prepare documents for handover meetings
Requirements:
-Minimum 3-5 years' experience with proven sales figures, experience within the glazing/aluminium/fire industry is desirable
-Full UK Driving License
-Must be local to East London
