This is a senior-level opportunity with an established engineering firm delivering complex healthcare projects, including hospitals, surgical facilities, and large medical campuses. You'll be trusted to lead from the front, working on critical systems where reliability and performance are essential.
In this role, you'll lead electrical delivery from concept through to completion, working closely with clients while supporting and mentoring junior engineers. It's a role focused on leadership, coordination, and delivering high-quality outcomes in demanding environments.

The Role:
- Lead electrical delivery on healthcare projects (hospitals, surgical facilities, medical centers)
- Manage projects from concept through to completion
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Hybrid (2 days in office) - choose your own hours!
The Person:
- Electrical Engineer with healthcare project experience
- PE License (required)
- Experience leading projects or stepping into leadership
- Background in complex building systems
