In this role, you will take full ownership of CNC machining, setup, and optimization across multi-axis machining operations. You'll work hands-on with CAM software, G-code, tooling, and fixtures while collaborating closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement.

The Role:
- 2nd shift
- Take ownership of CNC programming, machining, setup, and optimization. across complex multi axis machines and live-tooling lathes.
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and process issues whilst providing mentoring support to junior machinists.
The Candidate:
- Experience with CAM software, G-code, and multi axis machining.
- Knowledge of tooling, fixtures, GD&T, and quality validation.
- Comfortable with overtime
