Are you a Sales/Business Development professional with technical and commercial experience in the Renewable Technology market looking to join a global company in a role where you can take the lead for the Sales department of a key division for the company/
Do you want to play a key part in the further growth of this company, in international and domestic markets in a rapidly involving industry?
This company have a worldwide presence and are split into multiple subsidiaries with one common aim - To provide green energy solutions to a wide variety of industries for different applications. To help support their growth they are looking for a Sales Manager who can get involved in direct sales as well as supporting a more junior team.
In this role you will be developing business strategies and sales plans for specific solutions. You will work closely with R&D as well and support development projects in line with customer needs as well as supporting and leading a young international team of approx. 5 people.

The role:
*Leading small team of approx. 5 people.
*Creating business strategies and sales plans
*Creating strong relationships with existing and also new customers
*Visiting customers and finding new applications for technology
*Working with R&D to support on Customer projects
The person:
*Experience with Energy Storage, Power Conditioning Systems, Inverter/Converter, renewable technology or similar
*Degree qualified in transferable Engineering discipline
*Experience of Sales/Business Development
*Leadership experience
*English Speaking
*Driving License
